Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in property sales or real estate industry is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on weekends or during property events when required.
- Must possess own transport and valid driving license.
- Basic knowledge of property market and sales process is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide professional consultation.
